For the academic year 2022–2023, the Ministry of Minority Affairs (MOMA), Government of India, welcomes online applications for the Pre-Matric Scholarships, Post-Matric Scholarships, Merit Cumulative Means (MCM) Scholarship, and Begum Hazrat Mahal National Scholarship Scheme for Minorities.
Before submitting an online application, interested individuals should thoroughly read the notification.
For AY 2022–2023, the National Scholarships Portal (NSP) is now open. Students can begin applying for scholarships (new and renewed) in the academic year 2022–23 on July 20, 2022.

For scholarships, there are no fees or expenses associated with applying.
Qualifications for NSP Scholarships
Pre-Matric Financial Aid
Scholarships will be given to students who received at least 50% in their previous final exams and whose parents’ or guardians’ annual income from all sources does not exceed Rs. 1.00 lakh.
The scholarship will be given for class I through class X studies in a government or private school in India. This includes residential government institutes and eligible private institutes that have been transparently chosen and notified by the State Government and Union Territory Administration in question.
Minority students enrolled in classes I through X will be eligible for scholarships.
Under this programme, courses lasting more than a year or a certificate programme are not covered.
Students in Classes XI and XII who are enrolled in technical and vocational courses at this level, such as Polytechnics, ITIs, and other courses, will be given scholarships.
Scholarship For Professional & Technical Courses Is Known As Merit Cum CS Eligibility: Scholarships will be given to students who received at least 50% of the possible points in the previous final examination, or an equivalent grade, and whose parents’ or guardians’ total yearly income does not exceed Rs. 2.50 lakh.
The scholarship will be given for study in an Indian public or private institution that has been chosen and officially announced by the state government or union territory administration in question. It will cover
courses in technical and professional fields offered at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Appendix-E has a list of the courses.
The award is open to students who are accepted into a college to study technical or professional degrees after passing a competitive examination.
National Begum Hazrat Mahal Scholarship

Only female students who are members of the six minorities that have been notified, including Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains, and Parsis, are eligible.
Minority girl students in grades 9 through 12 who achieved at least 50% overall or an equal grade in the prior class or qualifying exam will be given a scholarship.
The parent or guardian of the student’s does not earn more than Rs. 2.00 lakh annually from all sources.
It is necessary to have an income certificate from a competent authority in the state or UT governments in order to
of the student’s parents or guardians.
A student must have a self-certified community certificate if they are above 18 years old. For others, a community certificate signed by the student’s parent or guardian is necessary.
